Intrusion sensors, such as door and window contacts, motion sensors, and glass break detectors located throughout a building are connected to a main control panel via either low voltage cable or through wireless transmitters and receivers. Wireless alarm systems are often useful in older facilities where hardwiring a facility is impractical or too labor intensive. These sensors are connected to the control panel and are designed to alert those on the premises of potential danger as well as notify our central station and have the appropriate authorities dispatched (Police, Fire Department, or Ambulance).
